Etz Chaim He Tree Campaign
Young Israel of Toco Hills is proud to unveil a new effort aimed at restoring the green canopy at the future site of Young Israel of Toco Hills. The ‘Etz Chaim He Campaign’ is a meaningful way for you to provide a living, breathing donation to our shul and our planet for decades to come. We are offering shul members an opportunity to contribute towards the purchase of a tree to be planted at our new site, as a commemoration in honor or in memory of someone you love. As part of this campaign, we will also match each tree planted at YITH with a tree to be planted in Israel through the Jewish National Fund.
Details of the purchasing opportunities are as follows:
- 50 trees are available for a donation of $500 per tree.
- Payments can be made all at once or in two installments
- Tree donation information will be available on an 'interpretive tree map' at the entrance of the 'Etz Chaim He' reforestation area.
- A list of trees being planted is available for donors, specific tree types will be designated on a first-come-first-serve basis, unless otherwise specifically requested by the donor.
Please fill out the form below if you would like to participate in this opportunity.
